Terms of Service

By using the Adraze Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service.

When using Adraze for server partnerships, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated systems or scripts to bump your server (manual bumps only)
• Posting NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content in server images, thumbnails or advertisements
• Including offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content in any partnership materials
• Using copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Promoting violence, hate speech, or harassment

Specific rules regarding server partnerships:

• Creating multiple servers ("multi-servers") to artificially boost one main server is prohibited
• Each server must represent a distinct, active community
• Server advertisements must accurately represent your community
• You may not use deceptive practices to gain partnerships

Adraze reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these terms without notice
• Suspend or terminate access to the Bot for violating servers
• Report severe violations to Discord's Trust & Safety team

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot (or the minimum age in your country)
• You must have Administrator permissions in the server to add the Bot
• You are responsible for all content posted through your server's use of the Bot

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal from the partnership system
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your server
• Blacklisting of your server from future partnerships
• In severe cases, reporting to Discord for Terms of Service violations

Adraze.pl is not responsible for:

• Any damages resulting from the use of the Bot
• Content posted by other servers in the partnership network
• Any interruptions or discontinuation of the service

We may modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes through our support server. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
